The Process

The Site
Inspection

The building process at RJ Infra starts with a detailed land assessment to ensure your new home complies with all necessary regulations. This includes a site inspection, a borehole soil test, preparation of a zoning certificate, and a comprehensive contour survey of your land.

The
Tender

A member of the RJ Infra customer service team will be in touch to arrange a tender appointment. During the meeting, we will confirm your site costs (based on information received from site inspections and surveys) and address any changes or questions you may have.

The Building
Contract

Once your new home tender has been accepted, RJ Infra will prepare a full set of architectural drawings for your new home and a comprehensive building contract. This will include your contract tender, with accurate pricing for any variations you have made to your home.

Selections

The RJ Infra team is here to help personalise your new home. We’ll contact you to arrange a meeting to complete your selections once your contract is signed.

Expert Reports
& Lodgements

We’ll obtain the reports required to submit the necessary applications for your new home to be approved, (including Developer approval if applicable)

Building Approval
& Site Start

Once the approvals for your home are received, we will review your file and let you know if any other documentation is needed in order for construction to start.
